  1. What destinations or regions do you ship to?

You can find all the shipping destinations in the Check Out page when you fill in your shipping address. If you can not find your regions, you can choose the nearest location or contact customer service for further assistance.

  1. What are your shipping costs?

If your order amount is over free shipping threshold, there is no shipping cost. If it is below the threshold, the shipping fee will automatically show on the Check Out page. 

  1. Do I need to pay for duty or tax page?

If the order ships to DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, the product prices displayed in the final payment page are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

If the order ships to DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) destination, all the relevant import taxes and duties will be included in Check out page, additional payment is not required to receive the order.

  1. How will my order be shipped?

Our order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address: DHL, Aramex, SF Express, EMS.

  1. What should I do If customs is asking for more information?

It is normal that customs may request for additional information. You can provide the information to them directly or contact us to help you.

  1. What should I do if I would like to update the shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address. If the tax and duty is occurred, it is non-refundable.

  1. When will I receive my order?

It takes 7-14 working days to deliver the order.
