You’re welcome to check out as a guest. However, if you register an account, you can track your order history, add products you love to your wish list and save the shipping detail.

All you need to do is click “Forgot your password?” on the Log In page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Please contact customer service via customercare@autopilot.store as soon as possible for further assistance. If the order has been dispatched, it is unable to be amended or cancelled. However, you can reject the parcel for refund. If the tax and duty is occurred, it is non-refundable.

You will receive your order confirmation immediately once the order is successfully placed. If you haven’t received it, it may have a chance that you entered an incorrectly email address or in your junk mail. You can contact customer service via customercare@autopilot.store and we’ll send you another order confirmation.

Sometimes we send orders in separate shipments. Check your order status first to see if your items were shipped separately. If something is still missing, let us know as soon as possible.

It takes 2-3 days for us to process your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. You can check your parcel status with the tracking number.

Please contact us if you received anything incorrect or defective as soon as possible. Make sure to provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any other related information. We’ll try our best to have everything resolved as soon as possible.
